2. Avoid burning for more than 3-4 hours at a time
3. Keep wick trim 1/4" tall and keep wax clear and debris
4. Keep out of reach from children and Meow meoww
5. Place on a stable surface, away from flammable objects
6. Never leave burning candle unattended

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

1. Clear images of the damaged item, and

2. An uncut, original unboxing video showing the parcel being opened.

Only with these proofs can we provide a refund or replacement.
Without the uncut unboxing video, we will be unable to offer any refund, replacement, or compensation.
