At MeltedMuseCandles, every candle is handcrafted with love and care.

Since our products are delicate and custom-made, we currently do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

✅ In case the product is damaged, broken, or incorrect on delivery, we offer a replacement at no extra cost. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5- 7 days.

❌ We do not accept returns for used candles or change of mind.

📦 To claim a replacement, please share an unboxing video with us within 24 hours of delivery. Exchanges for the products will be delivered within 5-7 days.
